• Same day appt, doc helped with more than one issue, reception helped sort prescriptions quickly
• Made the enquiry got the consult got the treatment job done no fuss what more could you ask for very pleasant conversation with the doctor first class service
• Staff are always lovely, I find everyone to be really good with my children, always make us feel welcome! The reception staff are always very friendly and very helpful! Always excellent service!

Booked in promptly with a choice of either front office staff or access to on line system followed with a short waiting time before being seen. Staff very courteous, presentable, knowledgeable of subject, did not judge and provided information throughout process along with being made to feel relaxed and at ease. Follow up appointment given before leaving the room with reassurance of feedback to be provided from GP by close of play on the day. Received feedback of result within the hour by text (preferred method of contact). A lovely experience throughout.
• The whole surgery is run very efficiently. Doctors, nurses, reception and other staff are all friendly and professional We have just recently moved to Rockcliffe from another local surgery and the difference is profound. Very happy with the service and care we have received
