Rockliffe Court Surgery

These are available to all patients aged 40-74 who have not been diagnosed in the past with high blood pressure, high cholesterol requiring medication, heart disease, diabetes, stroke or chronic kidney disease.

These are carried out in a two stage process with bloods taken prior to the healthcheck where measurements are taken and lifestyle discussed.
